A. We ship from our warehouse and factories located in Mumbai & Delhi. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately( if you order more than one item) as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing.

Q. How  long will it take for my item to arrive ?

A. It will usually take 4-7 business days for all order to arrive. Shipping times may vary from product-to-product based on demand and shipping location.

Q. How long will it take to receive a tracking number?

A. It will take usually 2-3 business days.

Q. How do I track my order?

A. Due to the pandemic, all orders are dispatched within 24 hours after we receive them. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a live tracking link with estimated date of delivery via SMS & E-mail. You can also check it from TRACK MY ORDER page.

Q. Can I cancel/ modify my order after it has been placed?

A. You can cancel the order by vising the CANCEL MY ORDER page. If any query related to modify the order in such case you can contact us.
