Q. Where do you ship from ?
A. We ship from our warehouse and factories located in Haryana. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately( if you order more than one item) as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing.
Q. How long will it take for my item to arrive ?
A. It will usually take 4-5 business days for all order to arrive. Shipping times may vary from product-to-product based on demand and shipping location.
Q. How long will it take to receive a tracking number?
A. It will take usually 1 business days.

Q. Is shipping really FREE?
A. Yes, Shipping is free on every item.

A. We processes all order in INR.

A. We accept all Major Credit Cards , UPI, Cash on Delivery and also Paytm, Gpay, Phonepay.

Q. Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order ?
A. Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing their orders.
Q. How do I track my order?
A. All orders are dispatched within 24 hours after we receive them. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a live tracking link with estimated date of delivery via SMS & E-mail. You can also check it from TRACK MY ORDER page.
Q. Can I cancel/ modify my order after it has been placed?
A. You can cancel the order by vising the CANCEL MY ORDER page. If any query related to modify the order in such case you can contact us.
Q. If I enter my email address will you sell my Information ?
A. We do not sell our customers information. Emails are strictly for follow-up and to send newsletters of our promotions and coupons for discounts.
